Our normal business hours support team is available Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (excluding holidays), and you may call the number or fill out the Request Support Form above.

After hours & emergency support service is available only by using the Request Support Form above.

For standard technical support, our support team will contact you by or before the next business day. For Emergency support, our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

Do you provide warranties Or guarantees?

We warantie our work for quality to the best of our ability under the circumstances. Work performed is always guaranteed with an active Managed Services Plan.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance services?

Yes, we can design a Managed Services Plan (MSP) that is tailored to your unique requirments. Please contact us and request an MSP quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most US based forms of payment, including but not limited to, cash, check, credit card, PayPal, Square, ApplePay, Google Wallet. We do not accept Bitcoin or crypto currency at this time.
